What is a Payment Gateway (PG) and it's approvals?
Payment Gateways (PG) are 3rd party aggregator companies that helps you in collecting payments from your customers via multiple payment options. Through payment gateway, you'll get paid from customers directly to your bank account. 

You need to create an account with your preferred payment gateway companies and once their approval is done, we'll integrate it for you. Make sure to get PG that has readymade plugin or integration options.

What does Payment Gateways Charge?
To be specific, it depends on the gateways you choose to use. Mostly all the payment gateways has set approximately 2% transaction charge on every transactions.

Do I get payments directly from my customers or you will settle us?
In prepayment method, you get paid retail price directly from your customers. 
In COD orders, you do not pay us anything while placing an order. Courier partner will collect the COD payments from your customers and settle us. Further we settle your payments deducting the charges if any.

Can i collect 100% COD Payments in my Payment Gateway approval is delayed?
Yes, there may be occasions where payment gateways could reject your application. You can simply reapply and address any raised concern. In case its delaying significantly from their end, you shall go ahead with COD options only as anyway majority of Indian orders are happening as COD orders only.
