To combat the SMS spamming issue, TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) has recently introduced Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) method which requires all SMS senders to get prior approval for headers and content.

While it should be a simple process, it requires to and fro communications, document submissions with the telecom providers like Airtel and Vodafone.

You need to get DLT approved for both transaction and marketing messages from your end via any of these telecom operators. Once you got all the approvals in place, please write to our support team to continue the integration process from our end.
