Shopify Inventory Update Notes
* If your products have the same handle, you can directly import the inventory CSV file into Shopify.
* If the handle name has been changed, the inventory update will not work with the existing CSV file.
In this case, update the handle name using the correct SKU, then re-import the inventory CSV.
* Make sure the location name in the CSV matches exactly with the location name in your Shopify store.
* Sometimes, bulk upload may not work properly.
Try re-importing the file again. If the issue continues, contact Shopify Support
