Returns & Exchange Policy


We take returns in all cases. Depends on your or your buyer requirement, we shall issue refunds or provide exchanges.

Process:
You need to inform us within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order to your end customer.

Commercials:

A. Free Returns: If the item we sent is a wrong item or a defective piece, we cover full return charges i.e., we provide refunds for the product and also refund for the return shipment cost.

B. If customer wants to return the item after receiving the right item in a right condition, still we provide refunds for the product, but there is a nominal flat return shipment charge that has to be either borne by your customer or the reseller, yourself.

Return Condition:
When placing returns, make sure:
  1. The items should be in good condition as originally received.
  2. The tags, and any other document in the product should be kept as it is.
  3. The courier cover should be properly closed.
Returns Not Supported on these Products:  Lingerie Items, Unstitched Materials, Lungis and related products.
