If there is a shipment lost or damange before it reaches your buyer, we'll issue you a 100% refund.
In rare cases where your buyer says order's not received after receiving it or damage it from their end and applying for false claim, we'll analyze the situation and let you know the further actions to be taken on case to case basis.
