How to Bulk Update Stocks Quantity in Amazon Marketplace?

We have created a simple method that should take you approximately 1-2 minutes every day to sync our stocks in your Amazon account.

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1: Download the Excel Sheet "Amazon_Bulk_Stock_Update_Template" from this link:  https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/1_KtzGkd5poczLU3bjB8tx0t3rzK8alab

Step 2: Log in to your reseller.baapstore.com account and click on the 'Smart export tool' menu item .

Step 3: Click on 'Simple Daily Stock Movement' from the left side menu.

Step 4: Choose the categories you are looking to sync and select either the 'Exclude Out of stock products' or 'Exclude Instock products' based on your requirement .


























Step 5:  Types of Scenarios to update stock:

Scenario A. If you are a new reseller and sell on your own website or other platforms, select the ' Lifetime ' option.
Scenario B. Select ' Custom Date' if you missed updating stocks on daily basis from certain dates.

Step 6: Goto Export/Download Status menu from the left side menu bar and click on 'Download' under the Download column 





Note 1: Wait for up to 5 minutes for the file to get ready to be exported.
Note 2: If there are no product updates with your select criteria, then you will get a message as 'No Criteria Found'. You can change different criteria and export again.


Step 7: Open files 'Amazon_Bulk_Stock_Update_Template' that you have downloaded from Step 1 and the 'Updated Stock' file you have downloaded as per Step 6. 

Step 8: Now copy SKU and Quantity fields from the 'Updated Stock' file and paste them on the respective 'Amazon_Bulk_Stock_Update_Template' file.

Step 9: Save the Excel Sheet as 'Text (Tab delimited) as in the below Screenshot.



Step 10: Log in to your Amazon SellerCentral Dashboard & navigate to Inventory > Add product via Upload


Step 11. Goto tab 'Upload your Inventory File' and under Upload File, Choose the saved file and select the File Type as 'Price & Quantity' File. Upload it.



That's it, it should be processed soon which will make SKUs in your Amazon account match with our stocks.


Things to Note:
1. The SKUs you already uploaded in the Amazon will get updated. If an SKU is not uploaded, you will get a warning, but you can ignore it because the matched SKUs will get updated anyway.
2. If you have changed the SKU numbers we have provided to your own, this will not work right away and you need to match and rewrite the SKUs accordingly.
3. Please follow this step on a daily basis. If you did not do it on a daily basis, it may not work. In such case, please contact us to get the updated Amazon File and you shall continue stock update from the next day.
